I like the use of the worcestershire in this recipe. I am also happy that you added some paprika because it gives the dish a little smoky flavor. Do you ever add cumin to any of your casseroles like this one? I like it because it has an earthy flavor. I think a half of a teaspoon might add another level to this dish.
