This Chinese Chow Mein Casserole is perfect for those weeknights when you really don't feel like fussing over dinner, but you want to serve your family something that is satisfying and full of flavor. It is so easy to make. and your family will absolutely love this Chinese takeout knock off recipe.

I have no idea why I thought this dish would be so difficult to make when I looked at the picture, but it really seems easy. I am ready to try it and see how well it turns out with the celery and soy sauce for flavor, I think I am in for a treat.
