Inspired by a John Wayne Casserole, Cattle Drive Casserole is a cowboy casserole recipe you'll just love. Made with such ingredients as ground beef, tomatoes, green chilies, and biscuits, it will satisfy you after a hard day at work. It's got a little bit of a kick to it, so be ready. As is always the case with homemade meals, though, you can adjust the spice level according to your preferences. Pop this cowboy recipe in the oven and relax for 30 minutes as it bakes. When it comes out of the oven, the bubbly cheese topping will look and smell irresistible. This sure is a flavorful, hearty meal that will likely be requested often.

I know rotel and cheese make a big hit in my house, so when I seen those two ingredients, I knew immediately that this recipe has to go on the list for next week. I am a little surprised and hesitant about the mayo, but I am willing to try it and see how it turns out.

This looks and sounds delicious. I am going to definitely try it.

The Cattle Drive Casserole was a big hit with my family. It is a satisfying meal on a cool fall day! Just a little bit of kick, but that is easily modified if it seems too much. This family does not appreciate spicy-hot and no one complained. They all just said "This is awesome!"
