There's usually at least one potato dish at every holiday family dinner, so I'm looking forward to getting some new ideas!

Hmmm these are some good ideas! I don't usually make potatoes, but now I have all of these creative recipes to try!

I love the idea of using tater tots in a casserole. So creative!

The hash brown casserole looks super yummy and something I could make for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Loaded casseroles are my favorites, and this eCookbook made it easy to vary my recipes.

I'm slowly learning how to cook for myself, and books like these are really helpful in giving me ideas.
