This recipe for Sloppy Joe Stuffed Shells offers a fun and easy twist on a classic family-friendly dinner. To make this easy ground beef casserole recipe, ground beef and veggies are combined with two types of cheese. The cheesy, meaty filling is then spooned into jumbo shells that have been cooked to perfection. The stuffed shells are then doused in flavorful sloppy Joe sauce, topped with more cheese, and baked until bubbly. The best thing about these Sloppy Joe Stuffed Shells is that they can be prepared ahead of time and then kept in the refrigerator or freezer until you are ready to bake it.

Thank you for including instructions about how to use this dish the next day and how to prepare it for cooking. I love this idea because you can make a new dish out of plain sloppy joes and everyone will go crazy. I have been in the mood for cheese-stuffed ravioli, and I think this will scratch that itch just fine. I love how fancy it seems!

I have been looking for recipes for my very picky fianc. He doesn't like many things, so it proves a bit difficult sometimes. He also works out of town and recently has been purchasing frozen dinners that he heats up for his meals. I thought if I made a large casserole and froze portions, it would be like his own personalized t dinners - I will definitely try this one as it looks like something he would eat!
