The Ritz crackers have to be the best ingredient in the list because they just add a buttery richness that you seem to always look for in comfort food. I love your addition of the rich beef broth to add even more flavor. It has to make it much more satisfying with the extra beef taste.

I never thought about preparing a meatball dish with a cheesy sauce before, but this dish looks delicious! I use those frozen prepared meatballs a lot for busy weeknight meals, and this is a nice change up from my usual spaghetti and meatballs or meatball subs! My son would absolutely love these cheesy ones!
