I like to make stuffing with chicken and pork loin chops as an option to potato and pasta sides, but I find I always have plenty left over. This recipe is the perfect way to keep from wasting food that I otherwise have no other way to use. Sometimes, I stuff my chicken breasts with it and use it that way, but this gives me another excellent option. Thanks for the inspiration!
