This is one of those ideas that takes very little time, effort, and cost. I love these recipes for busy nights after working over or when the kids have activities that we have to leave and travel to. You can throw this together in no time and put a hot meal on the table that everyone wants to eat when you get home, even if it is a little on the late side. I would add a salad or some veggies to round out the meal. Thanks!

My two grown up kids will love this recipe. The combination of melted cheese and beef is mouth-watering.

Awesome. I added leftover garlic mashed potatoes under the beef and cooked the hamburger with cream cheese and onions. I also used a copycat jack daniel's glaze. Delicious.
