Previously, separating yolk from egg whites was an annoying and time-consuming task, but the Yolk Hero is here to rescue you. It's easy to use. Simply squeeze the Yolk Hero, place it over the yolk, and the yolk is then suctioned up and away from the egg white cleanly and efficiently. You can squeeze again to release the yolk into a clean bowl.
The Yolk Hero can hold up to three yolks at a time, which makes it even more quick and easy to use. It's strong enough to suction up the yolk, but still gentle enough so that the yolks don't break.
I was surprised at how simple this product was to use. I typically separate yolks manually from egg whites, which is always messy and not very precise. Even compared to other egg separators, the Yolk Hero is faster and easier.
