When I clicked this link for the recipe, I ran into error messages telling me to "update my account to enable 3rd party hosting." I did a google search and was able to find the same recipe by the same author. I think this casserole, which I imagined to be quicker and easier than fried rice itself, is rather counterintuitive. If I have to cook up 2 packages of rice a roni, assemble the dish, and wait for it to bake, I think I'd just rather boil up some rice and get my wok going.
