I wouldn't have guessed this recipe contains hash browns. We love our potatoes in any form, and sloppy joes are a great weeknight meal. I will definitely make this dish next week. My family will be surprised when they see it is sloppy joe casserole and not sandwiches. I'll serve it with some vegetables on the side, and it will be an easy meal.

Ideal for those who are too busy. You can just leave the pot on for 4 hours or so then when you come back ,viola! you have dinner or lunch ready.
