I like that you used the beef stock in this recipe. I think it probably adds a richer flavor profile. Did you try it both ways, or was it always this recipe you used? I think this is different than most I have seen because the rest are cooked in the oven.

This is a great quick dinner! The kids loved this one. I love that the recipe is so easy to follow! It's very clear. I did leave the pickles out, because I don't really care for them. I did put them on the table for everyone else. This was a great idea for the kids, because they loved being to add their own pickles. They could pick just the amount that they wanted. And they used a lot. My kids love pickles. I will definitely make this again!
