Do you stir the chocolate and butterscotch chips and peanut butter at all while it is in the microwave, or do you just stir it at the very end? My husband loves rocky road ice cream, so I am sure that this dessert will be a big hit with him. It sounds so sweet and crunchy.

Hi SissieSass, the chocolate, peanut butter, and butterscotch can be stirred after they've been melted in the microwave. I hope that helps! - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeCasseroleRecipes
