Churro Cheesecake Bars may look intimidating to make, but they are far from it. They're easy to put together, and are so worth it. The cinnamon sugar is a delight for the mouth, and the soft cream cheese filling is pure enjoyment. The two sheets of crescent rolls sandwich the filling and make this treat possible. This unique dessert is one you don't want to miss. It may be the best recipe for churros you ever eat! Once you try a bite of this delectable treat, you won't believe how easy was to make.

Combining churros and cheesecake sounds like a genius idea to me! Plus, you really can't go wrong with cinnamon sugar and cream cheese filling. I can't wait to try this recipe!

The older I get, the more I appreciate recipes that are easy. This Churro Cheesecake Bars recipe is not only easy, it's tasty and impressive. The use of crescent rolls for the top and bottom crust is perfect, and the cream cheese filling is a snap. The cinnamon/sugar is the crowning glory and voila, a dessert you will be proud of I'm already thinking of ways to experiment with this recipe, maybe some dollops of cherry pie filling on the cream cheese layer, and a glaze on top.

I love both desserts by themselves, so there is no reason that I will not love this one just as much. I cannot wait to try it and see what the kids think too because it will give us another addition to our desserts menu I bet, and with the cream cheese I know it is going to be rich and creamy.

I really liked these! I made these bars in an 8 x 8 baking dish and they turned out great, so this recipe is easily half-able. Next time I will combine the cinnamon sugar with melted butter before baking it, though. That would create a nice sugar "crust" on top!

Really liked these. Not too sweet, and yet just a couple of bites are a nice dessert. Would definitley make again.

I enjoyed the combination of cinnamon and cheesecake, which is something I haven't really tried before!

So creamy and delicious. The crescent roll dough around the cheesecake is just right :)

I've heard these been called multiple things, including sopapilla cheesecake bars. Whatever you call them, THEY ARE SO GOOD. They're rich, so you can't eat too many at once. But WOW are they tasty. The cinnamon sugar is a nice combination to go with the cream cheese mixture.
