Simply Potatoes Chili Dog Casserole is a kid-favorite meal the whole family will enjoy. After all, who can turn down casserole recipes with hot dogs? It's made with only five ingredients, so this dinner is a piece of cake to throw together. Sit down with the family tonight and enjoy this awesome chili dog dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Simply Potatoes Homestyle Slices
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans chili
  • 1 (16-ounce) package jumbo hot dogs, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 package refrigerated large flaky layer biscuits
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spread potatoes in thin layer in bottom of baking dish. Top evenly with one can chili. Cover with aluminum foil; bake for 30 minutes.

  2. Uncover; top with hot dogs and remaining chili. Separate biscuits; place over chili. Sprinkle with cheese. Continue baking, uncovered, for 15 to 18 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
