Garlic, garlic, and more garlic - now that's what I'm talking about! This baked spaghetti casserole is so rich, cheesy, and full of flavor, that I don't even miss having meat in the sauce. Since the tomatoes are placed right on top, (as opposed to being chopped and mixed in) they really get a chance to roast and concentrate in flavor! I am going to throw out my old go to baked ziti recipe, and start making this regularly instead. Thanks!
