If you can't decide whether you want to make brownies or cookies, just make them both! In one dessert! Peanut Butter Brookies are a combination of chocolate brownies and peanut butter cookies. If you are a huge fan of peanut butter and chocolate, then these bars were made for you. Peanut butter really takes over this dessert, as there are peanut butter cups, peanut butter morsels, AND peanut butter. It's peanut butter heaven.

Hi SissieSass, the eggs can be whisked in whole and all at once. - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeCasseroleRecipes
