This Chocolate Peanut Butter Casserole is an easy dessert recipe for all of the chocoholics out there. It has four unique layers. The base of this casserole is a dense, fudgy cake layer made with chocolate cake mix. Next is a layer of cream cheese flavored with peanut butter, which makes up the heart of this dessert. On top of this is a chocolate fudge pudding layer, followed by a whipped cream topping. To finish everything off, you'll especially love the mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups on top. This dessert casserole is a great make-ahead dessert for potlucks and parties so that you can share this chocolate-peanut butter dessert recipe with friends and family.

Talk about a match made in food heaven. Chocolate and peanut butter have always complemented each other and I want to make this dessert up as soon as possible. It just looks amazingly decadent and I want to try this for a picnic, though I'll have to be careful there's not a piece or two missing before I get it there.

Wow does this look amazing, I cant think of anyone that would see this and not want to eat it. I will definitely be trying this one out and I am sure it will be a crowd pleaser!!! I think this could be a definite new favourite in our home! I cant wait to try this

I don't care who you are, this has got to be one of the most mouth watering dessert recipes for a crowd that I have seen. You can't go wrong with the combination of chocolate fudge, peanut butter, and cream cheese flavors. You could even lighten it up a little bit by substituting light whipped topping and the cream cheese with 1/3 less fat (Neufchatel) and it would still be amazing.

That is a great point about the substitutions, and I'll have to remember to do that if I make this recipe. I love the combination of chocolate and peanut butter, so this casserole is on my list!

This looks absolutely delicious. Oh man. I'm in for a treat...

Chocolate... peanut butter... and Cool Whip. What could be better than that??

Love all the different layers that are in it.

My mom and I were literally talking about this casserole last night. It sounds amazing. I have had an intense love affair with Reeses peanut butter cups since my freshman year of college. This casserole looks rich, decadent, and mouth-wateringly delicious. Plus, whipped cream and chocolate pudding make an amazing couple.
