You hardly ever see recipes calling for fresh dates, but they are soo good. Do you use a packed measuring cup of sugar or do you measure it loosely in this recipe? I am ready to make these bars soon because the combination between white chocolate and dates is not one I have tried before, and I am so curious about the mix that I want to make them now.
