This No-Bake Pumpkin Pie in a Jar is a good alternative to making a time-consuming and difficult pumpkin pie recipe for Thanksgiving. Instead of trying to make your own pie crust and bake everything on the special day, this no-bake dessert will help you out. There are a number of ingredients required, but the assembly is super easy. With a couple minimal steps, you'll have all of your layers ready to go. Then, all you have to do is layer everything together in a mason jar. It's much easier than making a real pie and the result is well worth it.

How much volume should the egg whites get before you would say they are ready? This is the perfect recipe to use for Halloween parties and even Thanksgiving events. I think kids would love desserts like this and everyone gets their own dessert. I can see making several dozen of these to use for school parties too.
