Peanut butter, Oreos, and Cool Whip: these are all you need to create this decadent Peanut Butter Oreo Icebox Cake. Icebox cake recipes are always easy, but this one is one of the easiest and most delicious. With just three ingredients and a fridge, you can make a treat that is perfect for warm weather. You won't need to heat up your house by baking it and since it's frozen, it will cool you down. Simply mix peanut butter and Cool Whip and layer it with Oreo cookies. The hardest part is waiting for it to set in the fridge!

Do you thin your peanut butter out with something like butter or marshmallows? I usually add marshmallow creme and peanut butter to a microwave safe bowl and heat it up in 30 second increments stirring often to get the best consistency. I love how simple this recipe is because you can pick up the ingredients fast and make a fun dessert for dinner any night.

Hi SissieSass, the blogger doesn't add anything to the peanut butter before mixing it with the Cool Whip. I hope that helps! - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeCasseroleRecipes
