Take a trip down memory lane with these made-from-scratch Lunch Lady Brownies. This recipe for brownies will remind you of all the good times you had as a kid in school. With its decadent chocolate flavor, this dessert is a true classic. It's made with traditional ingredients, such as cocoa, sugar, butter, and all of that other good stuff. There are no substitutions or shortcuts here! You'll even make a homemade frosting that's super rich and creamy. Making brownies from scratch is so much more satisfying than making it from a mix and this recipe makes it easy.

How do you incorporate your eggs in this recipe? With four of them, I was thinking maybe one a time, but I was wondering if you whisked them before adding? I love brownies, so this is definitely a chocolate dish I want to make NOW. Who doesn't love brownies? Thanks for the post.

Hi SissieSass, the eggs can be added whole and at once, but you could whisk them beforehand if you'd like. I wouldn't suggest adding them one at a time since that would lead to over-mixing the batter. - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeCasseroleRecipes
