Drunken S'mores Bars
S'mores are the perfect dessert for a camp out, and s'mores bars are the perfect dessert for every other occasion. Drunken S'mores Bars will soon join your list of favorite recipes with chocolate. The brownie batter is mixed with chocolate stout, hence the "drunk" factor. Marshmallows are placed on top right before going in the oven and melt perfectly. They're absolutely divine.

Do you use light or dark brown sugar in this recipe? It sounds very rich which is why I was thinking that dark brown sugar would go good, but maybe that would be too many dark flavors with the dark chocolate and the stout. I am ready to try this recipe for sure.
