Do you have a preference on the type of apple you like to use for this recipe? I was thinking a couple of Granny Smith apples might go perfect with the caramel in the dish. I love caramel apples in the fall, but it is hard to eat them sometimes, so a desert like this means no more biting into coated apples and getting it all over my face.
