The sauce in this lasagna is so rich and creamy, and I love the addition of Swiss cheese in this recipe. Crisping up the ham cubes in a skillet is such a great idea - I plan to use these for many other dishes as a lower fat substitute for bacon. It would be a great thing to top a soup, salad, or even a baked potato!

I have never thought to make chicken cordon bleu as a lasagna, so I will have to try this recipe. I wonder if this can be made ahead of time. Has anyone tried that?
