I don't know why the prep time was listed as 25 minutes for this - I got this in the oven within 15 minutes since I used the frozen precooked shrimp and microwave rice pouches. The dish was nice and creamy, without being loaded with fat or sodium like many other casseroles. Next time if I'm feeling fancy, I might add some lump crabmeat in with the shrimp.

This looks like a great dinner recipe! I need to put this recipe on my list of things to make.
