Vacu Vin Instant Marinater Review

I hate looking at a great recipe and then reading that it takes 24 hours to marinate. The Vacu Vin Instant Marinater solves the waiting game. This easy to use quick marinater sucks out all the air to help meat marinate incredibly fast.

The marinater consists of three parts. Meat and/or vegetables are placed in the 1.3 L plastic container then sealed with the lid. They also offer a bigger model with a 2.5 L container. You then use the pump included to suck out all the air out of the container. This takes less than 30 seconds to do. By removing all the air, the marinade is forced to infuse into the meat.

The Instant Marinater not only flavors your meat, but it also tenderizes it at the same time. I used the Vacu Vin model to marinate a steak fajita recipe and the results were superb. The beef had a bold flavor profile and fell apart in your mouth. This is a great tool that will be a must-have for any kitchen.
