I’ve been experimenting with ways to put my Instant Pot to good use this Thanksgiving and I had great results with this casserole. The Instant Pot works great on potatoes and sweet potatoes, plus it locks in all those great nutrients. And, in this version of Instant Pot Sweet Potato Casserole, you’ll actually make two pans so you can keep one on warm in the Instant Pot until the first pan runs out."
