  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and finely minced
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese, divided

Question! Who prefers to dip into spinach and artichoke dip with tortilla chips or crostinis? We love a good chip dip, but I'm thinking this would be awesome with crispy bread!
