Soft and Gooey Loaded S'mores Bars

Soft and Gooey Loaded S'mores Bars
This image courtesy of averiecooks.com

These indoor s'mores can be made any time of year (and they're so good that you'll want to make them all year long). Soft and Gooey Loaded S'mores Bars have taken the three ingredients of a s'more that we know and love and put them into a cookie bar. They're so soft and gooey, you'll fall in love with them right away. And you know what? That's okay. Embrace this sweet, dessert love.

Do you beat the egg or whisk the butter a little before adding the egg to help with not scrambling it when combining them together? I think soft and gooey is just what I need tonight, so I am going to go to the store and get these ingredients to try it out and see how much I am going to like this tasty little treat.
