Anyone who enjoys the combination of mint and chocolate is guaranteed to love this dessert bar recipe. These Frozen Grasshopper Dessert Squares would make a festive dessert for St. Patrick's Day, but their frozen, no-bake nature also makes them perfect for the hot summer months. Plus, it only takes four ingredients to bring this dessert casserole together! The crust of the dessert, made from crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, is topped with softened ice cream and whipped topping before chilling in the freezer. This no-bake dessert recipe is definitely a keeper.

Did you have to soak the bottom of the pan in warm water before pulling the foil out of the pan? I know some desserts make it impossible to get the foil out once frozen and you often have to heat up the bottom of the dish to get it to separate and come out in one big piece. Great idea, by the way!

Hi SissieSass, as long as you completely line the pan with foil and use enough foil that it hangs over the sides, it should come out easily.
