If you haven't tried baking a cake with sour cream, start with this recipe! It adds wonderful moisture and just the right tanginess to this Coconut Banana Upside-Down Cake. The bottom of this easy banana cake has sliced bananas and a brown sugar caramel sauce. Next, shredded coconut gets sprinkled all over the bananas, and the cake batter is poured on top. Once it comes out of the oven and cools down a bit, flip it over to reveal the beautiful and sweet topping! This cake looks so gorgeous and it has a tropical taste that will take your taste buds on a vacation.
