Ingredients

  • 32 ounces Frozen Shredded Hashbrown
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 16 ounces Sour Cream
  • 10 1/2 ounces Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 8 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  1. Thaw and drain the hashbrowns of excess water as best as possible.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, reserving 1/2 cup of shredded cheese for the topping.
