We haven't had a baked spaghetti casserole in quite a while, and this recipe caught my eye due to the amount of cottage and cream cheese used. This is almost like a lasagna dish only using spaghetti rather than lasagna noodles. I always like to add some minced garlic when possible rather than rely on the garlic powder alone. I think this would also be a good recipe for use with fettucini rather than just the plain spaghetti. I'm looking forward to giving this recipe a try.
