Raspberry Dream Poke Cake
In the mood for a quick and easy dessert? Raspberry Dream Poke Cake is a fruity jello poke cake that is a "piece of cake" to make. Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 (3-ounce) package raspberry jello
- 1 1/2 cup boiling water
- Cool Whip
- 1 (20-ounce) can raspberry pie filling
Instructions

Make cake according to package directions. Let cool 10 minutes and then poke holes all over the top.

Add jello to boiling water. Slowly pour over cake.

Refrigerate 45 minutes. Frost with cool whip. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Top with raspberry pie filling.

I love poke cakes. I really like the ones that use pie filling too because they are so tasty and moist. I think they make the juiciest cakes than any other style of cake mix. Pudding in the mix is great too, but a moist cake is the best dessert.
