I love meyer lemons - they are one of my favorite things when they are in peak season in the summer. They are a little sweeter than the standard variety, and full of bright flavor. But if you can't find these at your local farmer's market or grocery store, I'm sure regular ones will do just fine. I always thought of bread pudding as a comforting, warm winter time dessert, but this summery version is great!
