This recipe is a dream! Chocolate Pumpkin Icebox Cake is a delicious chilled dessert with two of any season's best flavors: chocolate and pumpkin. This icebox cake recipe layers chocolate graham crackers with creamy whipped pumpkin pudding. The pumpkin pudding comes together easily by mixing together pumpkin puree, vanilla pudding, pumpkin pie spice, and whipped topping. This easy no bake dessert is then topped with more whipped topping and pecans, and then chills overnight so that the layers become soft and gooey. Enjoy this yummy dessert soon!

How do you think honey roasted peanuts would work in this recipe? I can't use the pecans, but I can use peanuts, sunflower seeds, or pumpkin seeds. This dessert sounds so easy and fun to make. I love that it is no bake because that means I can eat it faster.
