I have quite the collection of tater tot recipes, so of course, I will make this one. I will leave out the peas, but everything else is a go. Tater tot casseroles are wonderful all in one meals, great on weeknights, especially when they are cooking in your slow cooker. Thanks for another recipe for my tater tot file!
