Not only do I love the ease and convenience of this Baked Mac and Cheese for One recipe, but I love the great flavor and use of "unconventional" ingredients, Gouda cheese, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and Cayenne pepper, all cone together with whole wheat pasta a d panko breadcrumbs for an absolute single serve delight. I honestly make this with regular pasta instead of the whole wheat (just a personal preference).
