  • 2 cups cooked turkey, cubed
  • 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • NOTE: Ham can be substituted for the turkey
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix everything but the cheese.

  3. Transfer to a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top of casserole.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
