I have been making garlic chips using this method for years, and they always get rave reviews from my guests! It is a great way to use up that soon - to- be stale bread in your cupboard, not to mention I always have it on hand. I used to like those Gardetto's garlic chips, but the ingredient list as well as the amount of preservatives in those things makes me nervous. With these you can use the bread that you like and you know just what is going into them!
