How long do you think I would need to cook this recipe if I doubled it and put it in a 13 x 9 pan. I have three hungry guys in my house that will devour an 8 x 8 pan of dessert in no time flat. This sounds absolutely scrumptious.

This looks so good! I've never thought to make bread pudding with sourdough bread, but it seems really tasty.
