The photograph for this chicken piccata toss doesn't really do it justice! I love all things pasta, and this is a great one since it simple and rustic, while not being weighed down with a lot of cream or cheese. It is relatively healthy, light and fresh. I made this with whole wheat pasta for a little added nutrition and it turned out well, and didn't make a mess of my kitchen!
