Dump and Bake Swiss Chicken Casserole is the perfect recipe for a busy weeknight. Unlike many chicken casseroles, you don't have to precook the chicken to make this recipe. Simply layer chicken breasts in the pan and top them with Swiss cheese, canned cream soup, and Greek yogurt. Then, stuffing mix is layered on top and covered with melted butter before the casserole is baked in the oven. In just over half an hour, dinner will be on the table! This is one of those casseroles that your family will request again and again.

This sounds like a wonderful tangy chicken recipe, made even better with the crunchy texture of the stuffing. I would love to try this, but where I live (UK) I can't easily find swiss cheese (in spite of the name, I think it is basically a delicious American invention! LOL) Can you recommend a different cheese that will go with this recipe, add the tang and melt as well?
