This Chicken Hash With Mushrooms casserole looks really amazing. I am wondering can any other mushrooms be substituted in case the ones listed aren't available? (I live in a very small town, so my produce is sometimes limited) And do you know if this recipe is good to freeze after it is prepared and cooled? I like making meals in advance to pop in the oven on a busy day.

Hi kenziewood07, I think you can use any type of mushroom for this recipe. We haven't tried this out, but this recipe should be fine if it's cooked and frozen. Enjoy! - Natalie, Editor
