I normally only cook bacon for breakfast but I will have to try this recipe. It is so hot here in South Carolina so I am always looking for dishes I can just put in the oven and have a tasty dish really when my husband get home from work. He loves bacon and therefore will love this dish. I will add a vegetable as a side dish.

I'm not a huge fan of bacon, but I do like that this casserole recipe serves two. Perhaps I'll make this mac and cheese as a side dish for tonight's dinner.
