This is virtually identical to the recipe for Jewish Apple Cake that my father gave me years ago. It makes for an incredibly moist cake and it's always been one of my favorites. I've always made it in a Bundt pan, and I like the idea of using the loaf pans to make smaller versions to give as gifts. If you've never made this, please go ahead and bake one of these. You and your family will certainly not be disappointed.

The long running script would not work on my computer. I stopped it, and then the recipe for Apple cake would not open. Please help, my Jewish husband really wants one. Judy
