Duff Goldman, the inspiration behind one of the most unique lines of bakeware and cake decorating products, has been a cook since the age of four.

Chef Duff opened his famous Charm City Cakes in 2002, where he began creating elaborate, out-of-the-ordinary cakes with groundbreaking techniques -- including a replica of the Stanley Cup, a working life-size motorcycle, and Hogwarts Castle for the premiere of “Harry Potter.” He quickly became a household name on Food Network’s hit shows, “Ace of Cakes” and “Sugar High.”

In 2009, Duff paired up with the creative team at Gartner Studios in Stillwater, Minnesota to design and launch the Duff Goldman by Gartner Studios line of cake baking and decorating products. The signature line of professional-grade products was designed to take the fear out of cake decorating with fun products that are easy to use.

Designed to let everyday bakers “unleash their inner artist” and easily create masterpiece cakes of their own at home, the product line was co-designed by Duff to create a fun, high-quality collection of truly unique products, offering consumers the closest thing to professional baking products available at mass retailers. The line offers trend-forward items including: edible spray cake graffiti; wild colored cake mixes including tie-dye, camouflage and zebra; cake tattoos; and an airbrush machine to create amazing edible special effects.
