There are no tricks here. This Halloween Beef Stew recipe is a treat that you can enjoy on the scariest night of the year. It's comforting and warm, perfect for a late fall night. The classic flavors in this dish come from beef, onions, carrots, and a flavorful tomato-based sauce. This is a one-pot meal that makes it easy to prepare dinner on a busy holiday night. All you have to do is combine the ingredients in a Dutch oven and let it bake. The Dutch oven gives this stew an unbelievable taste and tender texture. Top with mashed potatoes shaped like ghosts.

I am forever making/ creating things out of fruit to make fruit more interesting to my niece and nephew...especially my nephew as there is a lot of foods he will not eat, but I never thought about doing it with vegetables I think the mashed potato ghost is ingenious!! I will have to try this on him!
