Corn pudding is a Southern staple, especially for the Thanksgiving table. This Southern Grandmother's Corn Pudding recipe would be a great addition to your Thanksgiving celebration. Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Beat eggs well in a large bowl. Add sugar, flour, melted margarine, corn, and milk and mix well.

  3. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake for 45 - 60 minutes until firm.
